<aside> 💡 Boston Cares connects volunteers with nonprofits across Greater Boston, but their website struggled with a 45% donation form abandonment rate and confusing navigation that failed to serve three distinct user groups.

I redesigned the platform to create clear user pathways, streamline the donation experience, and improve mobile accessibility—resulting in a 73% increase in task completion rates.
